Sugar free … wheat free … all natural and surprising ingredients - so easy and quick to prepare!
Preparation time is 7 minutes and cooking time is 30 minutes.
- 90g dates
- 250g of white beans drained and rinsed (a regular sized tin)
- a handful of raspberries
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder
- 1 heaped spoon of love!
Here's how ...Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
Put the dates into a food processor and pulse until they become small pieces. Then add all the other ingredients except the raspberries and blend together to form a sticky mixture. Pour the mixture into lined baking dish and push the raspberries into the mixture and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean when poked into the mixture. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool in the dish until it's set.
