Beetroot & Hummus Dip

Delicious, healthy and easy to make​!
 
What's needed … 
  • 220g chip peas drained 
  • 270g cooked beetroot 
  • 1 red apple 
  • 5 tablespoons of Olive Oil 
  • 2 tablespoons of Tahini 
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Pinch of LOVE!

What to do … preparation time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare all ingredients and place them into a food processor; blend for a few minutes until it forms a smooth texture.
