Banoffee Pie

Banoffee Pie with a healthy twist!​  It's sugar free, dairy free, gluten free.. and delicious.

What's needed:

For the base and filling… 

  • 1 cup of pecan nuts 
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil 
  • 1 large banana

Chocolate mousse for the topping … 

  • 2 avocado's 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup of dates 
  • 2/3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder 
  • ½ tin of coconut milk unsweetened 
  • 2 tablespoons of apple puree or juice 
  • 2 teaspoons of happiness!

Raspberry Blondies


Sugar free … wheat free … all natural and surprising ingredients -  so easy and quick to prepare​!

Preparation time is 7 minutes and cooking time is 30 minutes​.


What's needed:

  • 90g dates 
  • 250g of white beans drained and rinsed (a regular sized tin)
  • a handful of raspberries 
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder 
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder 
  • 1 heaped spoon of love!

Wheat Free Courgetti Pasta

Wheat free courgetti (zucchini) pasta with basil and garlic sauce... a healthy and delicious alternative to pasta and sauce!

What's needed for Basil and Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 tin of white beans 
  • juice from half a lemon 
  • a handful of basil 
  • 1 avocado 
  • pinch of salt
  • 8 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1 smile!

What to do:

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a smooth paste.
