Raspberry Blondies


Sugar free … wheat free … all natural and surprising ingredients -  so easy and quick to prepare​!

Preparation time is 7 minutes and cooking time is 30 minutes​.


What's needed:

  • 90g dates 
  • 250g of white beans drained and rinsed (a regular sized tin)
  • a handful of raspberries 
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder 
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder 
  • 1 heaped spoon of love!

Here's how ...

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
Put the dates into a food processor and pulse until they become small pieces. Then add all the other ingredients except the raspberries and blend together to form a sticky mixture. Pour the mixture into lined baking dish and push the raspberries into the mixture and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean when poked into the mixture​. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool in the dish until it's set.
