Free of smoking..

I was a heavy smoker for over 35 years and then one day I got a call from a friend who was already at the Weiss Method treatment. The treatment was very pleasant. Sugar Free..

For me it's still unbelievable that I feel no desire for sweets of any kind since the treatment for sugar addiction in August 2014!  The evening 'treats' were rewards for my stressful work days.. now all gone without any withdrawal symptoms or any special effort on my part. My colleagues now pass me by saying, "..you won't eat that anyway". Sometimes when I pass candy shelves in a supermarket a thought drifts in "I have eaten those in the past - but today it does not interest me anymore". I feel incredibly relieved and am very grateful for the Weiss Method treatment, without which I would still be consuming vast quantities of sugar. Today I feel much clearer and also grounded.
